We handle "servo actuators for lathes (electric cylinders)." The mechanism allows the servo motor to appear as if it is rotating with the spindle, but in reality, the servo motor does not rotate with the spindle. We have devised this using a gear mechanism. Typically, the opening and closing of the lathe chuck jaws is done with a hydraulic cylinder, but by using this product, it is possible to create a lathe without hydraulic systems. The "PCM-1000" is a CNC centering machine developed by our company in response to the needs for shaft processing automation. The clamp vise features our unique three-point centering clamp mechanism, allowing for tool setup without steps for workpieces with a diameter difference of up to Φ25mm.
