We manufacture cavities and cores for molds used in plastic injection molding, blow molding, compression molding, and rubber molding through a unique precision casting method using special ceramic molds developed in-house. We are confident that this manufacturing method is particularly suitable for products with complex shapes, irregular parting lines, and undercuts.

• Rubber mold

We have researched and improved our unique pressure casting method over many years, and have further developed advanced special casting methods. Primarily used for plastic injection molding molds, we are confident that this will greatly benefit users by rationalizing mold production, improving quality, and shortening molding cycles.

• Plastic Mould

NC alloy is a newly developed material based on Corson alloy, designed as a beryllium copper alternative that does not contain beryllium, which is one of the specified first-class designated chemical substances. By balancing the main additive elements, Ni and Si, according to the intended purpose, the amount of Ni2Si is optimized. Additionally, by adding Cr and Sn, the precipitation strength is enhanced, resulting in high heat resistance along with excellent mechanical and physical properties.

• Steel

Our company possesses various facilities for plastic processing, including forging, extrusion, and drawing. Therefore, you can choose the processing method according to your objectives and preferences. Additionally, we are happy to accept requests for single processes in metal manufacturing.

• Special Processing Machinery

The special aluminum bronze, which is the origin of crystallized fine alloys, was developed by our founder Shigeru Hagino in collaboration with Dr. Jun Asato while he was employed at Mitsubishi Steel, where they conducted research, prototyping, and completed its industrialization.

• Non-ferrous metals

In particular, we are engaged in the production of chromium copper alloys for welding machine electrodes, electrical machinery contact pieces, commutator pieces, and connectors. Our unique chromium copper (product name SH alloy) is widely praised by our customers. Furthermore, our SH-2 alloy, which has been developed through further research to improve the properties of conventional chromium copper alloys, has achieved groundbreaking results and is highly regarded, similar to the SH alloy.

• Non-ferrous metals

Low beryllium copper varies in its properties and applications depending on the beryllium content, but this alloy has the lowest beryllium content among them, containing about 0.2 to 0.4%. Beryllium copper alloy 25 has the highest strength and hardness among copper alloys.

At our company, we have been manufacturing this type of alloy for many years, combining our experimental experience with the latest theoretical backing to produce what we call YMB alloy, which is made using our unique technology and has been well received in the market.
