Our company, as of April 1, 2020, has acquired all operations from Jupiter Computer Systems Co., Ltd. and was established as a 100% subsidiary of Nippon Dengi Co., Ltd., a company listed on JASDAQ specializing in instrumentation (measurement, monitoring, and control technology), with the aim of expanding the industrial instrumentation-related business and business domain. We primarily focus on the food manufacturing industry, providing services that utilize IT to improve the management challenges faced by our clients. By combining Nippon Dengi Co., Ltd.'s advanced instrumentation technology with the IT expertise developed at Jupiter Computer Systems Co., Ltd., we are now able to offer a one-stop solution for "Industrial IoT" and "Robotics" in food factories. Our main clients include publicly listed and well-known food companies. While 90% of our delivery records are with food companies, we also have a track record of deliveries to pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturers. The characteristic of our business is that we provide specific improvement proposals based on our extensive experience to address the current issues in the core operations of our target companies, including production, sales, logistics, supply-demand adjustment, and cost-profit management.
