We have integrated an ultrasonic heat seal inspection system into our semi-automatic sealing machine, combining sealing and inspection in a single process. Defects that are difficult to detect visually — such as material entrapment and weak seals — can now be reliably inspected. Inspection results can also be logged, enabling trend analysis to identify recurring defect patterns. The intuitive touchscreen interface ensures ease of operation, and the machine is designed for straightforward maintenance. Optional degassing unit and inkjet printer are available, contributing to greater production efficiency.
