We integrate the embedded software development technology cultivated in the automotive industry with simulation technology using MATLAB/Simulink. We develop control software for DC/DC converters based on a model-based approach. Targeting Renesas RX microcontrollers, we seamlessly integrate code generation from Simulink models with hand-coded solutions. By converting continuous models to discrete models and utilizing a smart configurator for I/O settings, we maximize the performance of the microcontroller. From microsecond-level simulations to actual hardware verification and implementation of CAN communication functions, we flexibly respond to our customers' schedules.

Utilizing the excellent modeling and simulation capabilities of MATLAB/Simulink, we will construct a B-EMS model that combines PV (photovoltaic) and batteries. By conducting modeling that includes the bench environment within the factory, PCS, and grid power, we support efficient power management by visualizing the power reduction effects. Flexible modeling is possible using Simscape and Simscape Electrical, and the simulation period can accommodate a wide range from one day to several decades. Various parameters can be customized with M scripts, and the simulation results are displayed in an easy-to-understand plot. In addition to developing and providing Simulink models tailored to customer needs, we also accept improvements, extensions, and parameter adjustments for existing models.
