Since the slats are general-purpose products, manufacturing capacity is required. By consistently procuring raw timber, we produce 350,000 slats annually. Our unique strength is our stable production capacity, and since we manufacture domestically, we are not affected by any international situations. We use small logs specific to thinned timber, which results in many knots, but these knots are alive, which is also a characteristic. Unlike other companies that use large logs, we do not produce materials that are knot-free, but this is a feature of thinned timber and an important product that promotes the healthy growth of forests.

We do not use any imported materials and primarily use high-quality "Hinoki thinned wood" grown in Kochi. Our slatted products are mass-produced using semi-automatic production machinery with our unique methods.
