Small quantity and mass-produced aluminum cast parts. We supply aluminum cast parts to the Japanese industry, processed with precision machining from high-strength materials.

Through our integrated in-house production process of aluminum sand casting, heat treatment, machining, and inspection, we guarantee the quality of parts such as transportation equipment engine components, LCD and semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts, robot parts, and medical machinery parts. Our casting equipment is the largest in Japan in terms of frame size for automatic molding lines and is specialized for large and complex aluminum castings. The heat treatment equipment is a dedicated furnace for aluminum that has reduced the time from solution treatment to cooling. Our machining equipment processes only our own cast materials and enables unmanned machining with robot transport using 5-axis machining machines. We have also introduced 3D measuring equipment for inspection.
