On September 26, 2024, HD MicroSystems(TM), a 50:50 joint venture between Resonaq and DuPont, successfully developed a liquid polyimide precursor (mainly for semiconductor packaging) that can be coated using our coating machine Mini-Labo(TM) DX RL150 and cured at temperatures below 150°C with MICROGRAVURE(TM).
