I am interested in simulations, but I am worried about whether I can utilize them. For those who feel this way, Athenasis shares experience and wisdom.
AthenaSys Inc. is a company established in 2008. Although it is small in scale, it has several large corporate clients. Our company actively supports those involved in "manufacturing" by utilizing numerical analysis and merging it with experience and wisdom. The company name is derived from ATHENA (the goddess of wisdom, arts, crafts, and strategy in Greek mythology) and SYStem. Regarding our strength in semiconductor manufacturing processes (CVD, PCVD, Etching), we provide numerical analysis technology related to the necessary reaction furnaces and equipment, as well as consulting services related to that analysis technology. Additionally, we assist in the investigation and construction of databases concerning reaction models necessary for plasma simulations and other applications.
Business Activities
We are partnered with Quantemol in the UK and handle tools such as Q-EC (a tool for estimating electron collision cross-sections) and Q-DB (various databases necessary for plasma simulations), as well as computational tools that utilize their global model. Additionally, we plan to start handling Quantemol's Q-VT (with HPEM as the core) in the future, which is suitable for simulating semiconductor manufacturing processes under reduced pressure. We also provide some consulting services tailored to our customers' needs. Thank you very much.
