When comparing single-shaft crushers and double-shaft crushers, generally, double-shaft crushers have a higher processing capacity. Double-shaft crushers crush materials by biting and cutting them with cutters. The crushing is rough, but the processing capacity increases. In contrast, single-shaft crushers have an image of gradually shaving off material, and since crushing is repeated until the size passes through the screen, it generally takes more time to process compared to double-shaft crushers, resulting in lower processing capacity. A device that presses the material against the blades (a pusher) is added to enhance the crushing capability.
