Our company offers a wide range of contract metabolome analysis services. The non-targeted high-sensitivity metabolome analysis service "ω Scan Advanced" comprehensively and sensitively analyzes both known metabolites (over 1,000 types) and unidentified peaks, including peaks with unknown substance names, for water-soluble and ionic metabolites. In addition to covering many primary metabolites such as sugar phosphates, amino acids, nucleic acids, organic acids, vitamins, short/medium-chain fatty acids, and dipeptides with high-sensitivity analysis through "Omega Scan," this plan also reports all peaks that can be analyzed with high-sensitivity CE-FTMS (non-targeted analysis), making it the most comprehensive plan available. This service is recommended for those who want to explore not only known metabolites but also new metabolites, conduct screenings to capture extensive metabolic changes, or search for unknown biomarkers. *For more details, please click on the related links below. Feel free to contact us as well.

Our company offers a "metabolome analysis service" centered around the innovative analytical technology "CE-MS." **What is metabolome analysis?** In living organisms, there are low-molecular-weight substances such as sugars, organic acids, and amino acids, in addition to nucleic acids (DNA) and proteins. Many of these substances are metabolites produced by the action of enzymes. The totality of metabolites contained in a living organism is referred to as the "metabolome" (a coined term from "metabolite" and "-ome"), and the method of comprehensively analyzing their types and concentrations is called "metabolome analysis" or "metabolomics." Therefore, in metabolomics, the key is a technology that allows for the simultaneous and comprehensive measurement of the levels of metabolites present in the sample. At HMT, we leverage the innovative measurement technology "CE-MS" while combining multiple measurement instruments to enable analyses tailored to our customers' objectives. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

This document introduces the "Metabolome Contract Analysis Service," which corresponds to comprehensive analysis of metabolites using mass spectrometry. In addition to explanations of the analytical methods and equipment used in actual contract analyses, it also clearly presents an overview of "metabolome analysis," examples of "analysis data utilization," and "sample cases" using diagrams and tables. [Contents (Excerpt)] ■ What is metabolome analysis? ■ Metabolome analysis and mass spectrometry ■ Our technology and services ■ What can be done with metabolomics *You can view it immediately from "PDF Download." Our company offers a wide range of contract metabolome analysis services. One of our analysis services, the next-generation high-sensitivity metabolomics 'ω Scan', achieves the connection of capillary electrophoresis (CE) and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) through our patented technology, the "ion source adapter." This allows for the detection of substances present in low quantities, which was difficult with conventional mass spectrometry, and we expect approximately twice the number of detectable substances compared to our traditional method, CE-TOFMS. 【Application Fields】 ◎ Exploration of new markers (possibilities even in already analyzed fields) ◎ Research fields using the following sample types that require trace analysis: - Trace body fluids (sweat, tears, etc.) - Trace tissues (biopsies, etc.) - Extracellular vesicles (exosomes, etc.) - Trace cells (specific immune cells, stem cells) - Cell organelles (mitochondria, nucleus, etc.) ★ As an option, we offer a reporting service for the detection of dipeptide levels in samples called "Dipeptide Search." *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

"Sea Scope" is a metabolome analysis service that measures metabolic fluctuations in central metabolism (energy, amino acids, nucleic acid metabolism) with high sensitivity and precision, detectable only by CE-QqQMS. Since absolute concentrations of metabolites can be obtained, it is possible to compare the pool sizes of different metabolites and calculate metabolic parameters such as the energy charge of nucleic acids and the pool size of function-specific amino acids. The metabolic parameters reported can only be calculated when the absolute amounts (concentrations) of metabolites are obtained. Knowing the concentrations allows for comparisons between different substances, adjustments between different substances, and comparisons of test data analyzed across different batches. 【Features】 ■ Understanding primary metabolism leads to a better understanding of life ■ Achieves excellent detection sensitivity and quantification range ■ Derives more rational interpretations from metabolic parameters ■ Enables immediate publication of research results *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In the "Basic Scan," we extract information on approximately 1,000 metabolites registered in the HMT library from the data obtained through metabolome analysis and report the results. The library covers the majority of major metabolites (such as amino acids, nucleotides, nucleosides, phosphorylated organic acids, nucleobases, CoA derivatives, organic acids, etc.), making it suitable for monitoring basic metabolic changes and analyzing mechanisms. You can obtain foundational metabolic information to advance your research. 【Features】 ■ The library covers the majority of major metabolites ■ Only annotated peaks among the detected peaks are reported ■ Charts and graphs that can be directly used in papers are also reported ■ Reasonably confirm the profile of primary metabolites *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
