Injection molding has the latest molding machines of 50t, 110t, 150t, and 220t as part of KATANA's own equipment, and is capable of handling small lot production.

• Mold Design

We will create a master in the shape of the product, pour silicone rubber into a mold to make a simple rubber mold, and then pour resin into that mold under vacuum to produce a replica (copy).

• Vacuum Equipment

We produce high-quality products through precise NC-controlled processing of various resins and aluminum, along with quality management enhanced by the air conditioning systems within the factory.

• Prototype Services

Although light shaping is a one-floor process, it is possible to create multi-layered structures through stacking (see Figure 3), allowing for a quick response to a variety of products and large quantities. If we receive the 3D data by the evening, we can ship as early as the next day.

Light shaping is a type of layered manufacturing method that generates 2D cross-sections from 3D CAD data designed at a pitch of 0.05 to 0.2 mm (converting it into slice data), and cures photosensitive resin layer by layer using a laser to solidify these 2D contour shapes.
