Have you ever seen a scene like this among work machines? - Coolant is coming out of the nozzle - But it is not reaching the necessary areas - Chips are accumulating inside the machine - Frequent cleaning becomes necessary At that time, the plastic nozzles that could be bent freely were commonly used in factories. However, on-site, the chips change direction. The tip comes off. It breaks. It wears out. As a result, there was a state of "coolant is coming out, but not flowing." I kept thinking. “How can we make even a small amount of coolant flow the chips?” I also tried steel pipe nozzles, but when they are narrow and concentrated, only that part flows. When spread out, the momentum decreases. I created dozens of prototypes and repeatedly conducted injection tests in the blazing sun. Then, at one point, I encountered a nozzle structure. “It spreads sideways without losing momentum.” Based on that structure, I further improved it for on-site use, and what was completed is the "FlowX Stream."
