Mizutani Model Co., Ltd. accurately responds to the diverse demands of our customers by continuously updating our 3D CAD/CAM systems, converting complex shape specifications into 3D data, and conducting prototype manufacturing of industrial parts made from plastics and rubber through cutting processing, vacuum forming, light shaping, and powder shaping.

In the automotive sector, we handle prototypes such as bumpers, instrument panels, weather strips, handles, meter clusters, and door seal rubber. In the electronics sector, we deal with prototypes for TV cases, audio equipment, housing for dryers, rice cookers, and vacuum cleaners. In terms of tooling, we work with conveyor parts, various inspection jigs, and engineering plastic components. We produce design prototypes and working models during the design phase based on direct orders from automotive and electronics manufacturers.
