• Other conveying machines

By simply installing it on a portal-type five-sided machining center, it adds a rotation function to the workpiece, achieving high precision roundness for round workpieces through milling alone. The simple rotary table does not interact with the machine tool, unlike commercially available NC tables that change rotation speed in conjunction with the machine, allowing for significantly reduced costs while still achieving high precision roundness. Additionally, it is a device that can be easily replaced or retrofitted when needed.

We supply tools such as BT type, CAT type, and HSK type, storing 100, 200, or 300 pieces on a Cartesian coordinate system, necessary for multi-process machining of the machine.

We have a variety of pallet changers prepared for pallet sizes of 400□, 500□, 630□, 800□, 1000□, φ630, φ710, φ915, and φ1000. Additionally, to facilitate setup, we also offer types of pallet changers equipped with setup devices.

Additionally, a tilting setup device that also removes chips is available as an option.

This is a device for exchanging horizontal and vertical pallets sized 400□ to 1500□ in an oval shape, capable of storing 6, 8, 10, or 12 pieces, allowing for pallet exchange from the front or side of the machine tool depending on the customer's layout. An optional tilting setup device for chip removal is also available.
