Giant Long Precision Industry Co., Ltd. has been in operation since July 1991, and through remarkable technological innovations, we have established a consistent production process from mold making to pressing, heat treatment, and surface treatment. Utilizing the development and processing technologies accumulated over our history and striving for thorough quality control, we have become a specialized manufacturer of industrial fasteners. Currently, the company occupies an area of approximately 2,300 square meters, with a capital of over 25 million Taiwan dollars, and employs 55 people (as of April 2012). We have a total of 29 pressing machines, and our products include disc springs, special thin plate springs, retaining rings, washers, screw-type speed nuts, spring pins, and other special and diverse industrial fasteners that serve the purpose of fastening various components, supplying them to automotive and housing-related industries. In 2005, we obtained the international quality standard ISO 9001 and have been operating these quality systems, with all employees committed to improving quality, reducing costs, adhering to delivery times, and continuous improvement. We also welcome contract manufacturing through OEM (production under the client's brand) and ODM (design and manufacturing under the client's brand) services.
