"Tenage" is a sheet material that maintains the warm texture of natural wood while providing sufficient strength and flexibility by filling slices of natural wood with resin and bonding reinforcing materials such as washi paper, non-woven fabric, natural leather, and canvas. This allows it to be repeatedly bent without cracking and makes it possible to process it for sewing, enabling its use as a material called "sewable wood" for various applications.
