Lion Engineering is a member of the Lion Group, which handles everyday goods, over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, and various industrial products. In 1971, it became independent from the engineering department of the former Lion Oil Co., Ltd., and began operations focusing on Lion's facility construction and maintenance work. For over 50 years since then, it has been responsible for the design and construction of manufacturing plants and production lines for Lion products, including those overseas, accumulating a wealth of construction achievements. In recent years, it has participated in large-scale projects, such as the construction of the largest toothpaste factory in Japan (located in Sakaide City, Kagawa Prefecture), building an optimal manufacturing foundation for the Lion Group. Additionally, it has expanded its business areas and is also involved in the production and sale of image processing inspection systems developed in-house.
