It can be used in conjunction with general die casting, and by applying pressure in accordance with the directional solidification of the pressurized peripheral area, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of shrinkage cavities inside the product. There are proven results in parts for car air conditioning compressors and other hydraulic control components that require very high pressure airtightness. We have established our own unique condition setting and management, ensuring a very high level of quality stability. Even with a very short pressurization stroke, which is uncommon in other companies, we can achieve precise control by integrating local pressurization control devices with our proprietary technology.
