The "beak-shaped part" requires extremely delicate processing, so we used NC lathes capable of processing to a precision of 10 microns, along with manual processing by skilled workers (such as broaching), achieving delicate curves that machines cannot express. We provided high-precision parts that can withstand rapid stringing operations. In addition to manufacturing the "beak-shaped part," we also support the assembly of units using this part.
