Bio-based polyamide "LEXTER"

A material with low water absorption and minimal changes in physical properties even after water absorption! It is suitable for CFRP matrix resin.

"LEXTER" is a carbon-neutral material made from sebacic acid derived from the plant called "tougoma." Compared to other nylons, it has a high modulus of elasticity and, as a polyamide, has an extremely low water absorption rate, making it resistant to a decrease in elasticity even when absorbing water. Utilizing its moldability and wide processing window, we offer a variety of prepreg materials.
