■What is coil rewinding for motors? - Coil rewinding refers to the process of removing burnt or deteriorated insulation coils and replacing them with newly manufactured coils to restore a faulty motor. - Our company is capable of repairing coil rewinding (rewinding) for various types of motors. We can handle rewinding and manufacturing for low-voltage squirrel cage motor stator coils, as well as high-voltage motor stator coils, DC motors, winding type motors, and more, regardless of the type of motor. We also support rewinding repair for rotor (armature/rotor) coils. Additionally, we accept rewinding repairs for brake coils and magnet coils, as well as prototypes of special coils for research and development purposes. ■Strengths of Kamaishi Electric - Since our establishment, we have been engaged in the maintenance of motors and pumps, and we have also been involved in the rewinding maintenance of burnt coils since our founding, which is one of our strengths. - We have started nationwide support for coil rewinding maintenance.
