Our company handles and sells the "Rotary Connector" from Hisawa Giken Co., Ltd., which has been featured in a special article in the August issue of "Mechatronics" magazine (published on July 15). The article explains the development background of the mercury-free rotary connector and its operating principles. We kindly ask you to take a look.

We will be exhibiting various camera cables at the Image Sensing Exhibition. In addition to the familiar analog 12-pin type, we will showcase various Camera Link standard cables (including new products), and this time we will also have a demonstration of rotary connectors. The general-purpose metal cable type Camera Link cable had the drawback of a short transmission distance. A cable that can transmit approximately twice the distance compared to conventional metal cables has been developed. It is compatible with both SDR and MDR connectors. You can extend the transmission distance with just the cable, without any system changes. Please give it a try.
