Cold forging refers to the process of continuously applying a certain amount of force at room temperature to coil-shaped materials without heating, using a header (head forming machine) and other cold forging machinery, to shape them through plastic deformation. Plastic deformation is a processing method that utilizes the property of metal materials that, when bent, stretched, or hammered with a certain amount of force, they do not return to their original shape (plastic deformation).
