Hamano Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Sumida Ward, Tokyo, responds to all customer needs, from one-off production using lasers to metal pressing with mold construction, utilizing our expertise as sheet metal specialists. We offer consultations during the design phase using 3D CAD and propose the most suitable manufacturing methods for products, as well as processing based on customer drawings. We mainly engage in the processing and production of industrial-related components and machinery equipment parts. Our technical capabilities cover a wide range of industries, including precision parts related to semiconductors, medical devices, automotive parts, connector components, and game console-related parts, using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems that can directly receive DXF and 3D data. Additionally, we are involved in planning and consulting for consumer products, including designer items and invention ideas, as well as health promotion devices, focusing on collaboration with industry and academia. Furthermore, in conjunction with the opening of the Tokyo Skytree, we have designed and manufactured the electric vehicle HOKUSAI that circulates around the area and participated in a career experience program in collaboration with KidZania, gaining attention from numerous media outlets.
