Machining with working machines: turning, machining center processing.
In addition to our long-standing turning and threading technology and sheet surface processing since our establishment, we are now also working on machining with 5-axis machines.
Business Activities
We specialize in SUS, aluminum cutting processing, and screw cutting machining. For resin cutting products, we have material stock and can handle a wide range from cutting engineering plastics to sales. We manufacture special adapters that can be used in conjunction with metric screws, inch screws, and hydraulic hose assemblies. We can finish products from round shapes to plate shapes, and from turning to milling in-house. We accommodate a wide range of materials from soft-cutting resins to non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. We perform cleaning and deburring processes tailored for machines related to food and for use in clean rooms. Shipping is done through vacuum packaging, which is appreciated by many customers for its rust prevention and antibacterial effects. In the prototyping field, we can handle everything from general-purpose machines to 5-axis machining. We focus on "technology and trust" in delicate and subtle areas, continuously challenging ourselves to overcome the conflicting points of responsiveness, short delivery times, high quality, and high added value.
