Companies that have traditionally handled these processes in-house are now outsourcing simple processing jobs to reduce labor and logistics costs due to economic downturns and rationalization efforts. On the other hand, there are various circumstances preventing enthusiastic housewives and experienced seniors who want to work from doing so, such as having small children. At our company, we allow housewives to leave their children at our partnered daycare and work as part-time employees. Alternatively, we offer home-based work opportunities. We aim to match the labor needs of these housewives and seniors with customer demands, transforming "small efforts into great power" and striving to be a company that can contribute without limits to our customers.
