Koyang Seiko Co., Ltd. produces products with advanced production technology. Under the guidance of veteran engineers with over 30 years of machining experience, young individuals aged 20 to 30 strive day and night to become professionals in general-purpose machinery. This is to prevent high costs associated with processing a single part using NC and M/C. The company plans its machinery and equipment with the goal of processing relatively small and highly precise items, and most of the main machinery is custom-made, "specifically designed for high precision." Additionally, the factory is air-conditioned to maintain a temperature of 22 to 24°C throughout the year to prevent dimensional changes due to thermal variations in the products. It can process almost all materials, including titanium, carbide, special steel, SUS, and aluminum. Furthermore, grinding processes are possible using special jigs, proprietary cutting oils, and grinding wheels for materials like SUS and aluminum. Assembly can also be performed using three-dimensional measuring instruments. The company can accommodate hole diameters, hole pitches, and positional accuracy of approximately ±0.005mm, but it specializes in achieving an average precision of around ±0.01mm. With the establishment of a production technology department, the company is now capable of performing tasks from design, manufacturing, inspection, assembly, wiring, to trial operation, aiming for further advancement. Additionally, the factory conducts an in-house skill test once a year to enhance both theoretical and practical skills.
