Shimada Manufacturing, specializing in automotive parts production through press processing and precision pressing.

We handle everything from prototype to mass production of metal pressing for motors, inverters, and batteries. We also manufacture and sell labor-saving transfer robots (units). We provide products to various industries. Our company, which handles everything from the design and manufacturing of press molds to pressing processes, deals with: - Various progressive presses (35t to 300t) - Transfer presses (65t to 400t) - High-speed presses (80t, 2 units) - Deep drawing processing We own press machines ranging from 5t to 400t and can accommodate various pressing processes (deep drawing presses, progressive presses, etc.). The materials we can process include iron, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, copper, phosphor bronze, and plated steel sheets. For products after pressing, we perform assembly processing and welding processing. We also have a system in place to consistently handle various surface treatments.
