GPPS sheets are also known as PS sheets or polystyrene sheets. GPPS sheets are made from general-purpose polystyrene raw materials and are manufactured using automated machines. GPPS sheets have high transparency, ease of processing, low moisture absorption rate, low cost, and high hardness. Due to the low moisture absorption rate of GPPS material, it is widely used in shower doors. Additionally, this material is cost-effective compared to acrylic materials. Kao-Chia offers three types of GPPS sheets: flat, patterned, and diffuser.

Taiwan-made clear acrylic sheets, extruded acrylic sheets Clear acrylic flat sheets have high gloss effects, excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, high rigidity, electrical insulation, and durability. Extruded acrylic sheets are formed by melting plastic resin and extruding the material through a T-die to create the final sheet, which is then laminated on both sides with PE film made by Kao-Chia. The advantages of extruding acrylic sheets include a small tolerance range for thickness, good flatness, ease of polishing, elasticity, and suitability for secondary processing, allowing for the creation of a variety of products.

Kao-Chia's PE clean bags are made from pure low-density polyethylene (LDPE) material without any additives. The bags are co-extruded using blow molding machines in Class 1000 and 10000 clean rooms, and each PE clean bag is rigorously inspected by a liquid particle counter to ensure the bags are clean. The factory is certified with ISO 9001:2015.
