• Processing Contract

We mainly perform dyeing of resins such as acrylic, CR-39, and nylon. It is possible to match your desired color tone. If you are interested in other resin products or parts, please contact us. We also provide hard coating to enhance surface hardness. We accommodate various types including acrylic, CR-39, nylon, and polycarbonate. Additionally, we can handle irregular shapes such as hemispherical covers. In such cases, we will discuss the details of the shape in advance. For more information, please contact us.

• Processing Contract

We mainly perform lens processing. Examples of processing include special processing for two-eye types and goggle types. The shape of the lens cutting surface is determined by the specifications (design) of the eyeglass frame. We also provide laser marking on the surface of resin products. The eyeglass frames and the parts used are made of two types: resin (plastic) and metal (metal), with the resin frame parts being manufactured through injection molding. 【Injection Molding】 ○ Melting the Resin Thermoplastic resin (plastic) is heated to its softening temperature. ○ Filling The softened thermoplastic resin (plastic) is filled into the mold under a pressure of 10 to 3000 kgf/cm². (It is pushed in.) ○ Ejection The filled resin is cooled and hardened in the mold before being ejected. In molding, in addition to the shape of the molded product, various conditions such as temperature, pressure, and cooling differ for each type of resin, which can require considerable time for condition setting. There are various printing methods, but our company uses a technique called screen printing to print on lenses in general. We will discuss the printing content and design with you.
