Gamou Iron Works Co., Ltd. manufactures food packaging machinery, fish and meat processing machinery, marine diesel engine parts, and various other machine components. We have established stable management by partnering with major companies such as JFE, Mitsubishi Motors, and Sumitomo Heavy Industries. We have built a unique production system using computers, enabling us to handle mass production of automotive parts as well as small-scale production of precision parts for large marine diesel engines. Under the corporate policy of "The competition among internationalized companies has already begun on a global stage. Therefore, we continuously pursue high-class quality," our company fully supports employees in obtaining qualifications. Currently, we have 45 skilled mechanical technicians and have implemented a performance-based pay system and a qualification-based pay system to promote the improvement of employees' skills and awareness.
