Wakazono Seiki Co., Ltd. has been engaged in various iron cutting processes, starting with molds, for 50 years since its founding in 1963. The mold production, which began with GC molds, has evolved to LP molds due to changes in the times and needs, and now the technology has advanced to DC molds. Additionally, we have actively incorporated the latest technologies and equipment, such as being the first in Gifu Prefecture to introduce HERMLE. Effective design using CAM-TOOL is also one of Wakazono Seiki's strengths. Furthermore, each engineer at Wakazono Seiki is responsible for operating their assigned machines, ensuring accountability in product development. Utilizing the iron cutting technology cultivated over 50 years, along with 11 high-speed machines including HERMLE and the latest technologies such as CAM-TOOL, we have achieved the production of mold components that balance high speed and high quality.
