At our manufacturing plant, we prioritize our customers and strive to meet their requests by handling everything from material selection to design and production. We also deal with various resin materials and can accommodate production from single units to large lots. We manufacture covers made of acrylic, PVC, PET, and more. Depending on customer requirements, we can also provide painting, silk screening, and plating services. We can ship assembled units as well. Using machining centers and lathes, we create various shapes. Machining processing... 3D processing is possible using CAD and CAM (3D) (maximum processing range: 1000×2000×400, depending on the shape). Lathe processing... Various shapes can be accommodated using NC lathes and composite lathes (maximum processing range: φ350×700, depending on the shape). Dyeing processing... Dyeing processing involves permeating the material with dye, so unlike painting, it does not peel off even if scratched. While the color of cutting resin materials is limited, dyeing processing allows for the production of products in various colors.
