Since our establishment in 1972, we have been supporting our customers' manufacturing with our winding technology. We can provide custom winding processing by manufacturing devices and jigs in-house to match the products being produced. With our in-house machining equipment, we can accommodate both small quantities and mass production. Powder coating and various motor core insulation coating services available.

Small-scale production is also possible at our domestic factory! We can assist not only with mass production but also with prototypes and research purposes.

In two factories in Japan and Thailand, a total of four powder coating machines are in operation. Depending on the size and coating conditions of the insulation coating, adjustments to the equipment can be made. We accept contracts for the entire motor manufacturing process (winding and assembly) as well as contracts for only certain processes, excluding powder coating. Please feel free to consult with us.

We can manufacture according to your requirements, such as size, wire material, and inductance. Prototype support is also available.

We are winding Litz wire to reduce the skin effect. We can manufacture according to your requirements, including coil size, wire material (Litz wire, solid wire), target inductance, and more. In addition to winding, we also support processing such as PCB mounting and various evaluations.

[Prototype Support Available] Custom Manufacturing of Metal Mutation Sensor Coils

We will prototype and manufacture coils tailored to your specifications, such as size, wire material, and inductance. For applications like metal displacement sensors, current sensors, and eddy current testing coils.

We connect coils wound on air-core coils and ferrite cores to cables, and we provide them after encapsulating and assembling them into resin cases. We also offer contract manufacturing for metal displacement sensors, current sensors, and coils for eddy current testing. Prototyping is available from just one piece with a short lead time.
