Maintenance is an essential task to keep equipment in optimal condition and to prevent equipment troubles. At Nakao Electric Industry, we conduct maintenance on all electrical machinery, starting with equipment inspections. Unusual noises from motors, resembling screams (like mixing a lot of pachinko balls), are signs that indicate serious issues. Please conduct a diagnosis and inspection immediately. If left unattended, it may lead to smoke coming from the motor and cause it to stop. Additionally, we perform legally mandated regular inspections for hoists, cranes, motor chain blocks, lifts, dumbwaiters, elevators, escalators, mobile devices (self-propelled ramps), and stage equipment. In the field of motors, we perform repairs on general-purpose three-phase motors, single-phase motors, gear motors, coupling motors, and DC motors. We also carry out rewinding of motor coils (for single-phase, three-phase, and high-voltage motors!!), replacement of bearings, oil seals, and gaskets, as well as replacement of governor switches and capacitors for single-phase motors. In the area of fans and blowers, we handle industrial ventilation fans, cooling tower fan motors, sirocco fans, duct fans, blowers for product suction or air supply into incinerators, and multi-stage turbo blowers.
