At Ito Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we assist you in your "monozukuri" (manufacturing) through cutting processing. We own 10 NC lathes equipped with bar feeders. We can process bar materials ranging from Φ5 to Φ65. We can process from a single piece, but by processing 100 or 1,000 pieces, we contribute to cost advantages and reduced lead times. Additionally, we perform machining on workpieces up to a maximum size of 1350×600. Please feel free to consult us for milling, drilling, or any other processing needs. Utilizing CAD and CAM, we will do our best to accommodate complex shapes. We work across a wide variety of industries, leveraging our know-how to provide balanced products to our customers. We do not have restrictions on materials; we specialize particularly in stainless steel with a processing ratio exceeding 70%, as well as iron, aluminum, copper, and plastics. Magic Device: By using a magical jaw, the bottom surface of the workpiece is tightly adhered, eliminating vibration on the cutting surface. This improves cutting conditions and leads to cost reduction through time savings. Even beginners can easily clamp workpieces accurately. It can be clamped in one go rather than tightening 2-3 times. The fixing accuracy has been improved to 1/1000 mm. This enhances the quality and reliability of the workpiece. Simply remove the jaw of the vice currently in use and set the magical jaw.
