Typically, curling processing is done in 2 or 3 stages, and to process new product molds on a robotic line, it was necessary to shorten the curling process. Introducing the ideal color-coated steel sheets in collaboration with material manufacturers, achieving deep drawing press processing! By adopting special coatings for molds and a robotic line, we thoroughly eliminate scratches during the pressing process with our unique know-how, ensuring high-quality processing. By eliminating the painting process after press processing, we achieve significant cost reductions and shortened delivery times for metal processed products.

Achieved through high-difficulty processing know-how! Simultaneous processing of the tip with precision molds and large presses during press processing eliminates the need for post-processing steps. There are examples of reducing processing costs by about 80% due to the elimination of setup and cutting processes! This realizes overwhelming cost reductions. Furthermore, it significantly shortens lead times, and eliminates the need for chips and cutting oil associated with cutting processes, improving the work environment! It is a processing method that is friendly to both the environment and workers.
