Furthermore, in response to customer needs, we can convert single terminal pins into six-terminal configurations. By simultaneously punching six pins, we improve issues such as twisting, enhance precision, and enable small-lot production of various types. At Sunrie Co., Ltd., we carry out small-lot production of a variety of laminated products ranging from a minimum diameter of φ5mm to a maximum of φ255mm, using dowels and rivets. Our features include processing the inner core by pressing and the outer aluminum ring by lathe machining. We provide integrated production from design to pressing, aluminum ring processing, and assembly. The coaxiality between the inner core and the outer ring is φ0.02.
