The specially developed lamp enhances the reproducibility of tests. It can replicate 10 years of outdoor exposure in approximately 40 days, achieving a time reduction of about 1/100. Compared to the xenon lamp-based weather meters adopted by various weathering test standards, it allows for a time reduction of 1/10. Therefore, it has many applications not only in research and development but also as a screening test before conducting standard tests with xenon-based weather meters.
