In Takiguchi's resin molding, we mainly use injection molding machines to pour molding materials into molds, cool them, and extract the finished products. Each staff member's deep knowledge of the specifications of machines, molds, and materials is a significant strength. We are also actively engaged in a qualification system and are committed to personnel training. Additionally, in terms of machinery and equipment, we accommodate unmanned nighttime operations with automatic extraction machines, enabling 24-hour production.

Takiguchi's component assembly accommodates welding operations such as "TIG welding," "semi-automatic welding," and "resistance welding," as well as assembly work using rivets and a combination of adhesives and rivets.
