Nakamura Shokai Co., Ltd. was established in October 1954 in Ujiie, Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture, and at that time supplied shoe components such as insoles to Tsukiboshi Rubber. Subsequently, with the in-house development of vinyl processing technology, the company began manufacturing items such as driver's licenses, building a track record as a supplier to government agencies in the prefecture. Currently, the company produces a wide variety of products, including covers for AIU Insurance Company, Ashikaga Bank, Tochigi Bank, and Karasuyama Shinkin Bank, as well as driver's license cases for the Tochigi Prefecture Traffic Safety Association and Ibaraki Prefecture Traffic Safety Association, and banners related to the police.
