We are a manufacturer that specializes in optical products, focusing on optical thin films (coatings) and core processing. In recent years, we have been putting effort into producing small quantities of a wide variety of products.

We handle a wide range of optical products. ◆◆◆ Optical Thin Films (Coatings) ◆◆◆ We own nearly 10 small to continuous deposition devices, capable of handling "almost all optical thin films." With low-temperature deposition devices (IAD), we can also work with resins and special glass materials. We are confident in our quality and appearance. The biggest difference is our possession of three automatic cleaning devices, allowing for effective differentiation! In recent years, we have been focusing on various functional films such as "static prevention," "water repellency," and "dirt resistance." ◆◆◆ Core Drilling Processing ◆◆◆ We can perform core drilling on spherical lenses with diameters starting from 0.5mm. Our high-precision processing using bell clamps has a long-standing track record with major camera manufacturers. We also handle deburring and outer diameter corrections. ◆◆◆ Optical Components ◆◆◆ We manufacture spherical lenses, prisms, flat plates, etc., according to customer specifications. We provide inspection data for high surface accuracy and high parallelism. We also accommodate bonding and composite products (such as combinations with metals). ◆◆◆ Main Clients ◆◆◆ We serve clients in camera lenses, laser optical systems, imaging optical systems, lighting optical systems, and analysis/measurement devices.
