We provide integrated production from development, product design, resin design, prototyping, mold design and manufacturing, mass production, painting, printing, to assembly related to resin injection molding.

At Rocky Kasei, we leverage our expertise in manufacturing plastic precision injection molded products, such as those for mobile phones, to produce a variety of resin products for industrial, medical, and beauty-related applications. Recently, we have been actively proposing VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) technical information, which can lead to cost reduction and quality improvement when reflected in design, through our nationally certified first-class plastic molding technicians. We are working on creating a "Resin Injection Molding VA/VE Technical Handbook" that compiles this VA/VE technical information to assist designers and developers who need to reduce costs. Additionally, we focus on resin design, which is a critical point that influences the quality of resin injection molding, enabling us to eliminate failures and rework, reduce total costs, and bring products to market with a sense of urgency.
