Hokuset Engineering Co., Ltd. is comprised of staff who have gained experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and packaging machinery industries. Our desire to create more meticulous equipment led to the establishment of our engineering company. The machines we aim to produce are designed to be simple and reliable, allowing for long-term familiarity and use. Hokuset Engineering leverages its past experiences to engage in engineering activities such as machine design concepts and line configurations. We supply the necessary machinery and equipment for users' manufacturing sites by selecting from existing products. If existing products do not meet specifications, we will manufacture custom solutions. Additionally, we offer proposals regarding process management and materials. In some cases, we also perform maintenance and modifications on existing equipment. Our staff will handle the validation structure, implementation, and documentation for the machinery. The production, design, and other tasks related to machines and parts are not only carried out in-house but also outsourced to partner companies. We do not leave this part entirely to the subcontractors; we remain involved in the production and adjustments until the process and product are completed to our standards.
