JMC rod ends consist of a spherical inner ring, housing, and bush. The housing is shaft-mounted and is machined with either a male or female thread (right-hand or left-hand thread, respectively). The inner ring and housing are in spherical contact, allowing for simultaneous loading of radial loads and bi-directional axial loads. They are self-aligning spherical sliding bearings, available in both lubricated and non-lubricated types depending on the lubrication method. JMC ball joints primarily feature the ZBL type as their main product, and they also produce the thrust joint TJ type as a derivative product. The ZBL type is used in link mechanisms with rotational and oscillating movements in various industrial machines. It has a structure where a stud bolt and high-precision steel ball are electrically welded together, and a rubber cap serves functions such as waterproofing, rust prevention, and retaining lubricating grease. The roller follower consists of an inner ring, outer ring, side plates, and either a retaining ring or full complement of needle rollers. The material used for each component is SUJ2. Additionally, the seals have the function of retaining lubricating grease and preventing the intrusion of foreign substances from the outside. The grease is supplied through lubrication holes in the inner ring.
