Business Activities

The company is engaged in plastic injection molding, metal pressing, and parts/product assembly processing. By establishing a consistent production process in-house, from various metal parts processing to coil assembly and plastic molding, we have achieved low costs and short delivery times from prototyping to mass production. In particular, in the plastic molding division, we specialize in insert molding and sealing molding, where metal parts, mesh fibers, and coil assemblies are set within molds. We respond to customer requests with the philosophy that "there is nothing we cannot create" for plastic parts required across various industries. In recent years, we have replaced our horizontal molding machines and product extraction machines with state-of-the-art models and implemented inline camera image inspection for appearance. We are providing high-quality, low-cost products and have received high praise from our clients.
