Branch extraction fusion processing refers to the technology of fusing multiple branch pipes to PE pipes. We have developed a dedicated automatic fusion machine by understanding the optimal fusion conditions. Conventional stainless steel options are high in both reliability and cost, and using molded products comes with design limitations. With our "PE header pipe branch fusion technology," we can provide fused branch pipes with high reliability and low cost. ★ This is a fused branch pipe made from the difficult-to-process PE100. After conducting pressure tests, it showed no water leakage at a pressure of 2.5 MPa for 2 minutes!
