Business Activities
The "Screw Revolution Project," born in 2003 at Tsuruga Co., Ltd., began with the aim of bridging the gap between the design department and the manufacturing site. It started by conveying the "voices" and technical information regarding special screws accumulated in the manufacturing town of Higashi-Osaka to customers in the design department through the internet and newsletters. As a result, we have been able to continuously provide various customers with information on "how to make screws," "dimensional tolerances and cost reduction when designing special screws," and "special screws with high market availability." Furthermore, the screw sales service "Screw Kuru," which started in 2008, delivers the necessary screws to customers worldwide, overcoming limitations of time, location, and quantity, starting from just one screw. Tsuruga Co., Ltd. will continue to provide technical information from the manufacturing town of Higashi-Osaka to many customers and contribute, albeit modestly, to the revitalization of Japan's manufacturing industry.
