Ikegane Seiki Co., Ltd. is a company that contributes to automobile manufacturing and home appliance production, primarily focusing on automotive parts press molds. With a management philosophy centered on contributing to a prosperous society through the supply of reliable, high-precision, and high-quality press molds, we flexibly respond to needs from prototyping to small-lot production and mass production. In the automotive industry, there is a growing demand for both lightweight and high-strength materials due to increasing collision safety standards and energy-saving considerations. At Ikegane Seiki, we leverage our 40 years of expertise in the principles of plastic processing of iron, which has a burden of 18% (about 20%), to focus on product development using high-tensile steel plates that exceed the strength of conventional steel sheets. Additionally, in the electrical industry, as part of efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, many companies are moving away from painting factories and increasing the production of formed painted steel sheets.
